HCG Weight Loss Protocol

MEDICALLY SUPERVISED WEIGHT LOSS

Unmonitored weight loss plans, diets, and exercise programs simply do not help in knocking off those extra pounds. Why? They rarely take the required comprehensive approach that a medically supervised weight loss program will provide.

A professionally supervised medical weight loss program is the key to your success. With the aid of a structured, holistic, medical approach, weight loss is no longer an insurmountable challenge. Shedding excessive pounds now

becomes an achievable goal that can be realized relatively quickly, and most importantly, safely for your health.

Customized Medical Weight Loss

A well-designed customized medical weight loss program is a comprehensive medical approach that incorporates fat reduction strategies that fit your specific needs. Our successful medically supervised weight loss program typically includes:

  • Customized weight loss plan
  • Nutrition planning
  • Body detoxification
  • Dietary supplementation
  • Vitamin supplementation
  • Hormone replacement
  • Healthy exercise
  • Trained medical supervision

The program is strictly supervised by a trained and experienced health care professional to ensure that the execution of your weight loss plan is successfully conducted with your best health in mind.

Why weight is not enough

It’s just not enough to know how much you weigh. You need to know what makes up that weight to get you to your goals.

For example, let’s say 3 different people each need to lose 20 pounds. The first person has 20 pounds of extra water retention, the second person has 20 pounds of extra body fat, and the third person has to lose a combination of 20 pounds of extra water retention and fat.

Knowing the whole story helps you know what to do next… for a truly personalized and effective wellness strategies.

What is BIA?

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is a quick, safe, and painless technology used by leading hospitals and universities all over the world. In a matter of minutes, just four small adhesive pads connected to the RJL BIA device will gather the measurements needed to generate a beautiful report that will be shared with you. This accurate view of what you’re really made of will help us design and customize a wellness plan to help you reach your goals.

Preparing for your BIA

  • Do not consume alcohol for 12 hours before the test.
  • Do not consume caffeine (coffee, tea, ‘energy’ drinks, soda pop) for 8 hours before the test.
  • Do not exercise or take a sauna 8 hours before the test.

Notify your BIA technician if you have engaged in any of the activities listed above.

What to expect

Electrodes are connected to your hand and foot as you lay flat on your back. The process takes less than a minute and you will not feel anything.

Sorry, but we cannot perform this test if you are pregnant (results will represent two different people) or have an implanted electronic medical device.

What is the cost?

$50 for the complete procedure, report, and analysis. $20 for anyone who is actively participating in one of our weight loss programs.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) labels obesity as public enemy number one. According to their research, “in 2009-2010, more than one-third of U.S. adults (35.7%) were obese.” Their studies also demonstrate that obese individuals have a higher risk for the following conditions:

  • Cancers (endometrial, breast and colon)
  • Coronary heart disease
  • Dyslipidemia
  • Gynecological problems (abnormal menses, infertility)
  • Hypertension
  • Liver and gallbladder problems
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Type II diabetes

Obese individuals also have a higher-than-normal rate of respiratory diseases. The CDC studies predict that one in three people born today will develop diabetes in their lifetime. In 2012, their research also reveals that “obesity now affects 17% of all children and adolescents in the United States – triple the rate from just one generation ago.”

According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Canada’s prevalence of obesity is over 25%, ranking them as the fourth country worldwide most affected by obesity.

The United States is one of the richest countries in the world with the largest obesity rate per capita and some of the largest healthcare costs per person. How did we get here? Increased consumption of more energy-dense, nutrient-poor foods with high levels of sugar and saturated fats, combined with reduced physical activity and stress, all have contributed to where we are today, a state that the World Health Organization has no qualms labeling as an obesity epidemic. The good news, obesity is preventable.

Before & After

If you need a jump start in losing weight, we typically recommend the HCG diet.

If you haven’t heard of this, it is an extreme diet that involves injections of HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin); the hormone women make when they are pregnant. This diet is associated with dramatic weight loss, up to a pound a day with even greater results in men.
